JAXX Technologies Limited (“JTL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides shipping for physical products purchased through our website or via approved quotations.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Trinidad and Tobago. International shipping may be arranged upon request and may be subject to additional charges, duties, and customs regulations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders requiring procurement from suppliers may have extended processing times. Clients will be notified where applicable.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and location. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Size and weight of items

  • Courier rates

Shipping costs will be communicated before order confirmation unless otherwise included in the quotation.

Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. JTL is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient’s unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for reattempts.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify JTL within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos.

JTL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Special Orders

Custom or special-order items may require longer delivery times and may not be eligible for cancellation once procurement has begun.
