JAXX Technologies Limited (“JTL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) aims to provide high-quality products and professional services. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, cancellations, and refunds may be processed.
By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
Hardware & Physical Products
Physical products may be eligible for return within 7 calendar days of delivery provided that the item is unused, in original condition, in original packaging, includes all accessories and components, and proof of purchase is provided.
The following items are not eligible for return: opened, installed, or used hardware; custom-configured or special-order products; software licenses or digital activation keys; subscription-based products; clearance or discounted items; and products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or environmental conditions.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on supplier policies. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Software, Licenses & Digital Products
All software licenses, digital products, cloud services, renewals, and subscription-based services are non-refundable once issued, provisioned, or activated. This includes but is not limited to firewall licenses, endpoint protection or XDR subscriptions, Microsoft or other cloud services, SSL certificates, SaaS platforms, and domain registrations.
Managed Services & Professional Services
Fees paid for managed services, consultancy, installation, configuration, maintenance, or project work are non-refundable once services have commenced.
If a client terminates services early, payment obligations for services already delivered remain applicable in accordance with agreed terms.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is received damaged or defective, notification must be provided within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photos or documentation may be required. The item may be repaired, replaced, or processed under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders for hardware may be cancelled without penalty before procurement from the supplier. Once an order has been placed with a supplier, cancellation may incur supplier cancellation charges, restocking fees, or shipping costs. Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once ordered.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may range from 5 to 14 business days depending on financial institutions. Applicable transaction or banking fees may be deducted.
JAXX Technologies Limited reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
